WHY MICRODOSE?





MIcrodosing can lead to profound internal shifts. What does it feel like to Microdose? It feels like you have come home. It feels like being centred in a way that is completely foreign to your usual state of being while simultaneously feeling so natural it’s hard to believe that you could possibly exist in any other way. It feels like stepping into your most truest, raw, honest, simple state without moving into a deeper realm of consciousness or what we may more commonly call getting “high”. You are completely compos mentis, capable of continuing with your everyday activity with a sense of peace, understanding and non-judgement, towards yourself, your emotions and your desires.

The extent of this state of course is relevant to where you currently are. Someone with chronic depression for example, may for the first time in years feel simply ok, or positive or content which is a huge leap forward from how they usually feel. Where someone in a more stable emotional state will have increased feelings of alignment. With Microdosing, the user takes a “micro” dose, which is a fraction of the usual amount of their desired substance, usually LSD, Psilocybin Mushrooms, Iboga or other psychedelics.

The experience will not make the user “high”, if it does they have taken too much and are no longer microdosing. A microdose will give you a sense of mental clarity, awareness and easy access to the subconscious mind allowing you to find resolve for unanswered questions, unintegrated traumas, blocked emotions, energy and limiting beliefs. It will also put you in a state of lesser resistance allowing you to integrate your new found understanding of yourself much more easily.


IN MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, MICRODOSING OPENED UP MY MIND TO THE POSSIBILITY OF THE LEVEL OF SELF-AWARENESS I CAN ACTUALLY HOLD IN MY EVERYDAY LIFE. FOLLOWING THE SESSIONS MY ALREADY EXPANDED AWARENESS EXPANDED FURTHER TO MEET THE POSSIBILITIES MICRODOSING SHOWED ME.

Anecdotal data suggests that microdosing enhances creativity, stabilizes the mood and gives a calm and relaxing feeling while making it possible to continue a normal daily routine. Not yet scientifically tested, but through a plenitude of individual reports we know that it also helps with anxiety and depression by promoting emotional and physical changes and an overall enhanced well-being. Many microdosers have stated that it improves unhealthy eating and sleep patterns, lowers chronic pain and helps to solve conflict within relationships. We have found that it also increases the ability of introspection, meditation and realignment of heart and mind.


AS WITH EVERYTHING WE DO INTENTION IS KEY AND WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU HAVE A CONSCIOUS AND CLEAR INTENTION EACH TIME YOU MICRODOSE.

HOW TO MICRODOSE

The following method is suggested by Dr. James Fadiman, the prime researcher in the area of microdosing:

Microdosing Therapy consists of 10 microdosing cycles over the course of 30 days.

The full course of microdosing can be used to work on a specific personal struggle such as disorder eating, anxiety, fears, creative blocks etc. Or for personal transformation and growth with different evolving intentions on each microdosing day or for anything you wish to explore further within yourself.


One microdosing cycle consists of 3 days.

You will begin with the first microdose, taken on day 1, this is followed by a 2 day break bringing you to day 3. On the 4th day the second microdose is taken. This continues for 10 cycles over the course of 30 days.


On the 1st day you take the microdose in the morning after waking up (taking it later than 10am may disturb your sleep that evening). You can continue with your daily routine as normal (drinking and eating included). You will feel the effects of the substance start after about half an hour.


THIS CAN BE A SUBTLE FEELING, REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT GOING TO FEEL HIGH, SO THIS IS A SUBTLE YET REMARKABLE CHANGE IN YOUR AWARENESS. YOU WILL FEEL YOUR INTERNAL, EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL RESISTANCE LESSENING.
